“The problem was I was starting this quest on Valentines Day, the same day I wanted to make an engagement ring purchase and “pop” the question. I just happened to be driving by and found this new place called the Jewelry & Gem Exchange. I had to turn around to pull in, but it was one of the best turns I ever made. I found the real jeweler I was looking for and discovered Jeff even performs the repairs for a lot of those “chain” stores. (I wonder how much those chain stores mark-up those repairs.)

I found a ring that “jumped out at me” with the help of Lisa. I don't believe I could have made the purchase I did, with the quality of stone, for the same amount elsewhere. The personal service was great but, it didn't end there. They normally close at 6:00 but, understanding where and when I was going to pop the question, they agreed to stay open until “we” returned so the ring could be sized that evening!

A fantastic relationship, actually two of them, were formed Feb. 14, 2005.”
