Owners
Master Jeweler Jeff Rich is a 3rd generation jeweler having designed and manufactured timeless collectibles for Bacardi Rum, Coca Cola, Glenlivet Scotch, GM Motors Cadillac, Ralph Lauren Polo and Rolex Watch.
Coupled with Jeff's talent for creating jewelry, he is also a published writer.
Lisa Rich has owned and operated her own retail jewelry store since 1992. Lisa has taken many GIA classes. Her 16 years of experience along with her gemological classes has made Lisa an expert in all aspects of the jewelry business.
Not only does she sell diamonds and fine jewelry, but she also educates her customers so that they know exactly what they are buying. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the jewelry business, from selling to buying, to repairing and designing jewelry.

Mike Goltzene
Master Jeweler
Mike is a newly certified Master Jeweler that achieved his title by working 11 years in the industry with his final apprenticeship under Jewlery & Gem Exchange's Master Jeweler, Jeff Rich.
In the past, Mike has designed and and manufactured for Ostermans, Kays and JB Robinson.
